2025 End of the Year Letter

As we close out the year, we can’t help but feel deeply grateful. Getting to deliver world-class chiropractic care and meaningful experiences to you and your family is a blessing we never take lightly — and the joy, trust, and encouragement you pour back into our office means the world to us. You’ll read more about that in the pages ahead, but first… it’s time to share details about one of our favorite traditions of the year: our Gift of Health season!

Many of you who have been in recently already know—we’ve officially kicked off our Gift of Health campaign for December and January! This is one of our favorite traditions because it makes it incredibly easy and affordable for your friends and family who aren’t yet under care at Foundations to get started… while also allowing us to give back in a meaningful way.

This year’s Gift of Health certificate includes $60 off a New Patient Exam. Even better, the remaining portion of that exam fee will go directly into our practice member support fund—helping individuals and families who are struggling financially continue receiving the transformative neurologically focused care you’ve experienced.

The Gift of Health truly is a win-win for everyone. It’s the perfect time of year to prioritize health and well-being, and every certificate gifted helps two families on their healing journey. We have plenty of vouchers available—just call the office or stop by the front desk at your next visit to pick up as many as you’d like for friends and family.

The campaign runs through January 31st, and we can’t wait to share this season of generosity with you!

We have loved being able to serve our community this year and we continue to be filled with joy, health, and happiness inside the walls of Foundations PFC. Enjoy the next sections as we share some of the good news that 2025 brought to Foundations PFC!

Our Fourth Year

Foundations PFC is celebrating another incredible year of serving the Chetek community, and we couldn’t feel more grateful. One of the words that continues to mean the most to us in the office is HOPE. Every week, families walk through our doors carrying sickness, dis-ease, worry, or simply feeling lost about where to turn next. Unfortunately, this continues to happen and these families are searching more than ever. It’s not easy to find a place where every concern is truly heard and where a comprehensive plan for your whole-body health and healing is created.

That’s exactly why we’re here.

Throughout the past year, we’ve watched so many families begin care and experience something they thought they had lost—hope. Hope that healing is possible. Hope that joy and health can return, even when others have told them it couldn’t happen. Hope that they do not have to stuck on the same path that they have been on for so long with their kids. Seeing that hope reignite is one of the greatest gifts of what we do. We see God working every single day healing people on the tables and working through us to offer hope to the incredible families that we see.

Thank you to all our wonderful practice members who have told their friends and family about our office and have helped lead them towards HOPE and HEALING as well. There is truly no better compliment we can receive here at the office than when you refer in your friends and family and trust us with the care of your loved ones. We appreciate you! You sharing is where we continue to see the biggest growth in our practice and your testimonies and stories allow more and more families know that there are options for hope.

We continue loving seeing the interactions between our boys Isaac and Oliver in the office with all of your wonderful children. Isaac is happy to always greet anyone that walks through the doors with a bashful smile and a “welcome to Foundations.” Oliver is happy to spend the whole time talking about and playing with the dinosaurs whenever we have the toy room stocked up for you family. They are both sure to let us know which are the best toys each theme that we use in the toy room.

Katy is an absolute warrior! She is past chemotherapy, immunotherapy, surgery and is officially cancer free. Praise the Lord! I am still amazed by all the love and support that we have received through this little community in the Northwoods and all we can say is that we thank you all for your prayers and support through 2025 and this journey she went through. Healing is still a day-to-day process and reconstruction will be early next year, but we continue to trust that God has her in His hands.

My vision for Foundations PFC is for it to be the trusted, go-to place in the Northwoods where your family feels safe, supported, and truly cared for. A place that never strings you along, never pressures you into contracts, and never pushes you into anything that doesn’t feel right. Instead, we want this to be a home for real healing—a community built around what health can and should feel like.

Every day, we get to witness incredible changes, but the miracles that touch us the deepest are the healthy, thriving kids and families who stay out of the storm because their nervous systems are finally able to breathe and function the way they were designed to. Being part of your stories—your breakthroughs, your hopes, and your victories—has been one of our greatest honors. As we step into our fifth year in this community, our hearts are full, and we can’t wait to continue sharing the life-changing impact of neurologically-focused chiropractic care with even more families.

Events for the Community to Grow and Learn Together

We love sharing new information with you and with our entire community. At Foundations PFC, our team is genuinely obsessed—in the best way—with bringing you the most advanced, neurologically focused, and science-driven chiropractic care possible. Every scan we run, every adjustment we deliver, and every conversation we have is rooted in the most detailed, cutting-edge understanding of the nervous system.

But to us, it’s not enough to simply provide exceptional care. We believe you deserve to understand the “why” behind everything happening in your body. That’s why education is woven into everything we do. When you understand what’s happening in your nervous system, what stress patterns look like, and how true healing works, everything changes. Knowledge builds confidence. Confidence builds hope. And hope builds healing.

Beyond that, we want this to be a place where the community can grow, learn, and heal together. A place where families feel supported, where questions are welcomed, where stories are shared, and where people realize they’re not walking their health journey alone. Because when a community understands its health, its nervous system, and its potential… that community becomes unstoppable.

This past year, we were able to host some kind of event almost every single month. In January, we kicked off the year with our in-office Kick the Sick seminar, where we shared natural ways to strengthen kids’ immune systems so they’re not moving from cold to cold all winter long, only to roll straight into allergy season. In March, we held our Perfect Storm seminar, where Dr. Trevor talked about sensory and developmental challenges in kiddos whose parents have tried everything with little progress. Neurologically based chiropractic care can calm that storm and finally bring ANSWERS—and we were thrilled to bring this workshop back again in September.

Our annual Cookout & Construction event in June was a huge hit. Kids were able to choose between building a birdfeeder, planter box, or toolbox alongside their dads. We loved watching so many families connect, create memories, and have fun together. This year, D.R. Louis Construction generously donated materials to help make the event happen and Dave helped during the day of. We also hosted two ladies’ craft nights, which were a blast.

In November, we held our second annual Northwoods Birth & Baby Showcase at Camp Chetek. Birth providers from all over the region came together to share how they support moms and families. We are so excited to continue building this into a major annual event. It meant so much to bring so many incredible providers together under one roof and show families who their trusted birth partners can be. Moms—there are people who love you, believe in you, and want to support YOUR birth choices.

This summer, we tested new office hours by staying open from 3–7 p.m. on Wednesdays to better serve our practice members. It allowed busy families—kids with sports, dads getting home later, and parents juggling work—to still get in for their care. And great news: these hours are here to stay!

LOOKING AHEAD…We plan to continue hosting wonderful events in 2026, and we will also be having a HUGE 5-year Foundations birthday celebration in June. Keep an eye out for flyers in the office and posts on our Facebook page. And if there’s a topic or event you’d love to learn more about, reach out and let us know! We’re always open to new ideas and would be happy to answer questions for you, your family, or your friends—whether in a one-on-one phone call or through a helpful Facebook post.

Here’s to another year of learning, healing, and growing together as one unstoppable community.

Testimonials and Wins from our Foundations Family

We have gotten so much joy hearing about how you and your family are healing from the inside out with chiropractic care! We hear wellness WINS every day in the office, and it confirms for us how important chiropractic care is. Here are a few wins we have heard recently, as well as a wonderful testimonial.

“I cannot even begin to explain how much of a change these adjustments have made on my quality of life.”

“My daughter is so much happier every day and the rest of us are too! We’ve been able to move from managing meltdowns constantly to being able to enjoy time together every day!”

“When I can be the mom and wife I need to be it makes me so much happier!”

" My daughter is latching and nursing much easier!"

“Our daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 5.  She was having seizures, but they were somewhat controlled with two different medications.  She had difficulties trying new things and engaging in social situations.  She would get worked up in new situations because she wanted so badly to try them but couldn’t get past her anxiety.  She began feeling different than her peers and was frustrated by how hard it was for her.

We tried very hard to introduce her to new situations and encouraged her to try new things.  As a mom, my anxiety grew more intense when new things were approaching because I knew they would be difficult for her.  My patience was not the greatest either, as I had a hard time understanding her feelings.  As much as I tried to keep pushing her, I found myself avoiding certain things just so neither of us had to go through the anxious feelings.

Everything I told Dr. Trevor made sense when we looked at the scans.  Her nervous system was not calm.  Her gas pedal was stuck on, and it explained a lot of the things we were seeing at home.

The difference between the care here compared to what we were doing before was great.  My daughter felt safe and cared for.  They took time to understand her and worked with her to make things as easy as possible.  Her first few appointments were scheduled at times when the office would be quiet and more comfortable for her.  It warmed my heart!

We knew this was working a couple months in when she got through swim practice with no problem.  Reactions to unexpected events are not as intense and she calms down much quicker.  She got through an entire season of basketball and even tried a dance performance!  She continues to surprise us and herself.  She feels so proud after participating in something that she maybe wouldn’t have before.   Her teacher at school tells us she is initiating small conversations with her, which is also a huge step. Since starting care, she hasn’t had a single seizure either.  We are almost completely off one medication and will continue to get off the other one in hopes to be medicine free!

I would say to others considering starting care that the entire process is easy and comforting.  Explore the education that the office provides to get a better understanding of the nervous system and how it is the foundation for everything happening in our bodies.  Things are easier for ALL of us!  Thank you for all you have done for our family!

- Erin J

We look forward to connecting with the community more, meeting new families, and helping you all along your journey of health and wellness in 2026. It will be an incredible year!

In Health,

Dr. Trevor and the Foundations Team
